Our Pre-purchase loan approval service is structured to give you the confidence you need when negotiating the purchase of a property. We will obtain an approval for your home or investment loan 'as if' you had already bought the property.

  • Peace of mind. Knowing that you are not taking a risk because your loan application is already approved.
  • The ability to bid at auction and sign an unconditional contract. Please remember that there is no "Cooling Off" period and that you cannot sign a contract which is subject to finance approval at auction.
  • Better bargaining power in a Private Sale situation. Most vendors will accept a lower offer with no conditions attached rather than one that is subject to finance approval for several days.
  • Our Pre-Purchase Approval certificate is valid for four months and can be renewed free of charge for a further period of 3 months. You have therefore plenty of time to find your ideal home or investment.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: Our Pre-purchase approval is subject to payment of a commitment fee of $440 inclusive of GST. This fee is refunded to you in full if you proceed with a formal loan application once you have found a property and your loan settles within a period of 6 months from the date of your Pre-purchase Approval. The refund will be made immediately after settlement. No fee is payable if we do not succeed in obtaining your pre-approval.
